Hello all, I'm working on a 91 Sub front end. What is the easiest way to remove the upper and lower ball joints. I did a search but do I need a pickle fork or a threaded press to remove the ball joints. I've already tried the pickle fork but no luck yet!

The way I did mine was with the large c-clamp style press. You can buy them at Harbor Freight or rent them at some parts stores. The c-clamp press with an air impact is the best way. If you dont have an impact you might be able to get a driveshaft shop or machine shop to press them out and press the new ones in.
