Battery leads go where?

Some time ago i was attempting to replace the battery leads in my 87. I got halfway thru the project due to missing tools. Anyways, years later I am now trying to finish the project... only I cant quite remember where the negative leads go? I know one goes to the front and mounts to the body, but where does the larger size wire go? I cant see anywhere on the block that it would have been connected to. Any help is greatly appreciated!! Pics would be nice too

Generally, it goes right to the top of the alternator mount.

You can pretty much stick it under any bolt it will reach, though.
