BB 2025 Picture Thread

My trucks solid enough to do this now. With bead locks and everything.
But Injury and money won't let me come out there.
I'd love to do it just one time before I sell it.

The factory weld, what little there was broke on the bottom of the axle tube. I believe it started as a small break and after hitting numerous breaks in the pavement at expansion joints on I 70 it got more and more broken until the wheel/hub assembly tilted and the fender began cutting/rubbing on the tire and then the tire smoke was observed.

After pulling over the circus pulled up. Thanks mrk5, B to C, Double Trouble, Nick, Liam and everyone else who stopped and pitched in. They worked like a finely tuned machine, unloading a rig off the trailer putting mine on strapping it down, strapping the trailer suspension up, and getting the whole mess to Evergreen. More to follow on that!

What the heck happened to that trailer hub?
Shitty factory weld from the spindle to the tube and the giant craters on I70 over Vail Pass. While we were helping @70jimmy a motorcycle hit one of the potholes and bent a wheel. We ended loading his motorcycle on @Raggedy_Ann's trailer and hauling it to a hotel in Denver West after dropping Duane in Evergreen.

Always an adventure.

There was a digital truck scale by the house we were staying at, we ran each one across it on our way back from our night run. All three are heavy.

We all want to know. Also in case anyone ever needs it I've got race scales here at the shop.

6480 = @doubletrouble
6620 = @Raggedy_Ann
8600 = @mrk5

That's 900 pounds more than the weight I got at the certified cat scales. Although thinking about it I did have 2 additional passengers and a few more tools onboard.

I always wondered how much you could trust everyone's scales. Around here I had my dmax on two different scales in the same day, and I was 250lbs different. Only change was a jimmy johns sandwich bag and a coffee.
