I'd like to reduce the number of people running Metal Masher on Friday. If and when we are in the position where we will be required to permit the event we will be limited to 12 rigs per trail run. So keeping in the spirit of good will, I would like to do the same with our runs this year.

Is there a trail that anyone would be willing to lead a group on Friday? Keep in mind you need to be able to make it back for the BBQ.

At the very least, are they any other trails anyone would be interested in? Maybe I can find a trail leader. Or I might lead a different trail a get a new leader for Metal Masher.

One suggestion I have received is Kane Creek Canyon: http://www.traildamage.com/trails/index.php?id=34

Any volunteers to switch to Kane Creek or possibly lead another run?

i'd switch from hells to kane creek. It doesnt help your cause but its a trail Ive never done b4.

im not sure who threw the kane idea it might have been me but i know the guys that were thinkin bout kane that i was talkin bout would prob be sat but dunno now worries here either way lol

Seems as though Kane Creek might be too long to get back for the BBQ.

What about Moab Rim?

Scott,

Push me out where ever. The dude going with me has never been there, so everything will be new to him anyway. Don't think I know any of the guys going to Hell's, but I did not know anybody last year. So that would work.

hey ktm we meet last year but i didnt get to run alot of trails do to carnage

I'm staying off Kane creek. 30+ river crossings and low bushes tend to break off my antenna. Have fun.
I might just lead up a "Behind the Rocks" run. Easy in and not that long if you make it up White Knuckle hill. Too many trucks make it no fun.
This might be my last BB for a while so the hammer will be down.
I've lead trails during every BB since the start but it's no biggy to me.
I'm fine just going for a ride, this could be a first.

I know it might be your last so I'm trying to keep you from needing to lead any groups. That way you can do what ever you'd like AND have fun after the trail too! :wink1: :thumb:

Yeah get after it Non of this Stopping at ORD the Night/morning of and showing up to Play Storm Trooper to the rescue just in the nick of time. lol C-ya soon

I'm plotting my route to Moab.
