My girlfriend wears a womens small, so would a youth large likely fit her? I want to get her one as well 
Acutally a guy from last year, James from WA. That was a pic my wife took on our Strike Ravine run. I liked the picture overall and because she took it with high resolution (hint-hint
) it was perfect for a shirt design.

My wife also wears women's small and last year we got her an adult small and it was a little too small. for reference she is 5'3" 118.

Not really. The shirts come individually packaged and I'm not going to have a bunch of extras available.
