I have a set of slots but they are 6 lug.![]()

So still pretty undecided but I know I want to keep somewhat of a vintage vibe. And I'll probably never do anything more then drive this car. The 327/4 speed is fine.
Doubt I'll ever track it. It's a heavy ass Chevelle. Who cares.
If I went classic five spoke it would be a gray Torq Thrust D.

And I found these on the American Racing web page, it's kinda a modern version of salt flat.

I suppose I should think about budget, but right now I am still in trying to find a direction for it.
Did you see how they turned a crown Vic into the general lee?For what it is worth, only you could turn a shitbox V6 300 into a chevelle
I'll take that as a compliment! For what it is worth, only you could turn a shitbox V6 300 into a chevelle
Oh, it will be running by this weekend...If it was me I’d find some tires that hold air and get it running. Then worry about wheels... that’s the easy part. JMO. Nothing about a non running vehicle would make me spend money on something that takes less than half an hour to change.

Good info, that's basically what I would want. Just something that is fun to drive.Have you looked into the gen 2 trans am sway bar swap? Got one on my 67.
I basically have stock parts in the car and it handles pretty good. Night and day over stock fwiw.
Poly bushings in all suspension parts, boxed rear control arms, qua1 nohops, factory rear sway bar, gen 2 ta sway bar up front, kyb shocks all around.
