Bed liner comparisons.

I tried Gangsta liner, but it was just a wannabee.

Did you hold the spray gun sideways? I heard that stuff doesn't work unless you hold the gun sideways.

Duplicolor is crap. Don't waste your time or money with it.
Herculiner is "OK", better than straight paint, but not the most durable compared to something like LIne X however...
I don't have the trucks I used either on anymore, but my recollection is they weren't UV resistant and should have been top coated to keep them from fading.

Our Tundra's bed was professionally Line-X'd....

Its been on there since 2004, and still looks amazing! :D
I know its expensive, but I wouldnt use anything else.

I mean hell.... We DROPPED a 350/700R in the bed, flattening out a portion of the bed,
And the line-x didnt even crack!!!

I have the cheepo walmart stuff in mine but it is like a sandpaper paint type finish. I want to use the stuff adam used in the future, could I just apply it directly over this stuff?

Here's some pics of our custom grain Line-X....

This is where it withstood a 350/700R4 combo being dropped on it. :haha:
I should also mention that Its been SOAKED in tranny fluid, for weeks on end.
No effect on the Line-X, at all.

Thats saying a lot. :D

I recently got my raptor line-x'd and absolutely love it.
It's applied hot too so it's great for seeping in and sealing. Plus it's much more enviro friendly than the other professionally sprayed ones if you're into that.
