anybody ever use or heard of Dupli-Color truck bed coating, Im going to put some liner down in the back of the K5 and I bought this stuff and was wondering if its good or just some knock off P.O.S.

Make sure to make the superface super clean. And put 2 or 3 coats.

Do a search, it's been hashed over many a time, but it all boils down to prep work! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Search. Duplicolor, Herculiner, "bed liner" etc. This has been discussed at length on several threads. Comes up about once every month or two...

at first i did 2 coats with 1 gallon but some scratched off when i loaded my aXLES in there. I went back and put another 2 coats with another gallon and its been shady ever since.

just removed all my carpet and found 2 big rust patches /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif this happen to you, how did you get it out, and the carpet over the fenders sucked to get off took a little over 2 hours to get glue off /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif about to put on liner Ill till you how that goes, it cant get any worse I hope knock on wood /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I wouldn't use duplicolor, I haven't had any luck with it. Herculiner seems to be ok for off the shelf liners, if you do use the duplicolor, DON'T use the spray cans. that stuff flakes off faster than a sorority girl at a frat party. Either way, do a LOT of prep work, when you think you've done enough prep work, do that much again.
