Bed mounted fuel tank

Ok so I am trying to get away fromdual tanks if possible. I found a 30 gallon bed mounted fuel tank for $150 on CL. He listed it as a tank/tool box, it measures 18.5 height, 4' width, and 14" deep. First of all does this sound like a decent deal. Second, what is involved in the swap?

lots of states wont let you run the tank there as primary tank.

and just swap in a blazer tank in the back 25-30 gal .

search this mod few have done it.

X2, I think most of those tanks are made for Diesel aux tanks. A Blazer would be the best bet, and keep the fuel gauge working.
