BENDER stays in hibernation with me

Cool Vid. Great to see that you're out and about driving the rig that you built. :waytogo:

Any pictures? I don't watch videos. Either way I am glad you are out using it. Not to be a dick, but I honestly thought this rig was never going to make it off road.

Though completely badass and a work of art, I think some of us feel that way about project rigs like Ryoken's. Sorry Paul, you are an inspiration to us all, but we want that orange dirty, maybe not as bad as you I'm sure :D

I don't have any decent pictures from the day, only video.

Lookin good man.
Although that mud is scary/inviting. Brings me back to my GA days.

Gotta get out some time, still enough area to enjoy without getting muddy. Not a fa. Of mud anyway.

Georgia red clay. :sign19:

I finally pressure washed the underside of my truck a while back and I swear the thing lost 100 lbs. and gained one mpg and 10 hp. There was a huge red dirt mound left on the street.

Once I had a BFG MT that went flat because there was so much mud pressing in on the bead that it wouldn't seal up and hold air. I could go on for days with my lovely stories...

Dear diary, some stranger in a 2 door Tahoe or blazer gave me a thumbs up this morning. It was sweet. :)

Mud is fun, but really seems to encourages rust out here. Sand, I got my first taste of recently on a riverbed, did not like.

I noticed your exhaust is routed just like mine, except, that you have turn down tips. Can you drive with your rear window down without fumes being sucked right back into the cab?

My exhaust ends just at the gas tank, both sides point just below it. If I drive w my rear window down, even with all the other windows open too, the exhaust just chokes me and burns my eyes haha. Was wondering if the turned down tips eliminate that.

I will be changing the exhaust sooner or later. For now my rear window doesn't work, so it stays up anyway. While offroading (since it's slow) I don't notice any exhaust, but when driving at any pace greater than that, it's thick. Makes me sad though, I really hate seeing exhaust tips. This one (and my other truck) are perfectly hidden.
