I started a thread on the Garage a couple of days ago and as we all know it went up in flames with everything else in the big fire. My first thought was that I was banned for pimping my stuff, then found out it was the big CRASH of 2011. What a relief! :doah:In the old thread I promised to become a vendor before I sold anything here on the CK5 Forum, so here I am.

That brings us all up to speed and back to the subject at hand.

I designed and built a unique spare 4 quart oil bottle tray specifically for rough duty and off road use. I got sick and tired of kicking around the loose oil containers while wheeling and finding the occasional leaking bottle under the seat. Since I showed it off here first, and recieved such great reviews I decided to do a production run on the March 1st 2011. Thanks to you guys and your suggestions we have decided to call these things the "4 & 5 Pack Bengels Juice Box's". Im sure that in time we will expand the line to other sizes, shapes, and needs. With your input we will be able to figure out what comes next. :dunno: :woot: :waytogo:

Shipping, handling, and packaging for the different sizes are being hammered out as we speak. As well as a new Paypal account is being set up just for the sale of the Juice Boxes. The price will be $40.00 plus S&H. With the first production run to start on March 1st, 2011. Less than two weeks from now. :doah:

I have received several emails since the forum crash but I have lost all the orders and questions prior to that time. So if you are still interested please re send your P.M.'s and I will let you guys know what the final price will be with S&H. I thought us chevy guys were the only ones needing extra oil, But the boat guys are really after these things. Thanks for all the interest, and thanks to the CK5 team for the opportunity to be here, Great forum!

Will that mount vertically as well? hwo does the lid stay on?

Yes it can be mounted in any position. I dimpled the back with 3 dimples and holes in them for bolts, rivets, tech screws, or what ever you want.
The lid slides between the bottles and the lip on the sides. it is locked in with a thumb screw at the bottom edge of the Juice box. It can be seen laying next to the Juice box in the pic where the lid is off.

I really appreciate all the P.M.'s on this and I will get prices out to you all on Monday morning when I get back to the shop.

Thanks again.:waytogo:

I think I know what I am asking for for my birthday. Do you make them that hold antifreeze jugs too?

It is in August. I like antifreeze jugs because they are cheap and I have a bazillion of them that i have taken out of scrap cars. I also dont cry when one gets a hole in it and I have to toss it.

Wow, Thanks Guys! I cant believe how many of these things are going to have to be made... LOL :D I just sold 8 to one member who does tractor service work. Either that, or he has a real bad rear main seal? I just wanted to thank you guys for the input here and helping me get these things off the ground...

Im already thinking about related items so if you have any ideas throw them at me. Again thanks for the orders and I hope you post up pics here of where they end up on your rigs... :waytogo:

As long as the bottles can't come out if someone were to roll their rig then it's all good. Also if a person were to only have a couple bottles in the holder will the bottles stay in place like the other design or do all the bottles have to be in place to keep them from moving/falling out?

Also, is there some sort of attaching screw to keep the "lid" on or is it just a slide it down thing.

Well to my surprise!

My supplier charged me $109.00 for a sheet of aluminum just one week ago. Based on that cost I was able to let both the 4 and 5 quart Juice Boxes go at $40.00 each. Today I went to purchase more aluminum and was quoted $180.00 per sheet. You can’t imagine the shock! With that said I need to deliver all paid orders to this point and honor the $40.00 each quoted price. I recalculated the new true cost of building the Juice boxes and will be offering the 4 quart at $47.50 plus $15.50 Shipping and handling, and the 5 quart at $48.50 Plus $ 15.50. Again, a slightly higher cost due to the hike in material prices.

It’s important that everyone know that the orders received to this date March 12, 2011 will be honored at the $40.00 each price and shipped very soon.

Thanks for your understanding
M.T.

If you make an antifreeze 2 pack I would be interested in one as well as a 5 pack.

Ive had to re design the lids on these things and I finally have all the ducks in order to get these things going. Let me get this first run out and I will start working on something like that for ya. Destroyed my dimple die should have my new one tomorrow! Antifreeze bottles side by side long and flat or side by side squarish?
