i went wheeling last weekend and i high centered my rig on tcase and crossmember kinda hard and bent my frame it was already a little bent from a wreck before i got it but it wasn't bad now its causing exhaust problems and who knows what else i am scared to wheel it untill its fixed don't want it any worse

anyone have any suggestions? is it fixable or should i just find a frame? but then would i have to retitle it? if i get it fixed i am going to box it and then maybe start my cage and sliders been wanting to fix the slight bend before i started on it now its way worse so i have to do something

In my opinion, your frame damage is largely caused by those transfer case drop spacers. You can probably unbend that flat areas back down with a portapower accessory or have a frame shop straighten it.

The pictures make it tough to tell if it rusted or just muddy but if that's all rust, I'd ditch the frame.

I did that same damage to my frame from the same issue (high centered on tcase skid) I fixed it by bending it back with a torch and a large adjustable.

But that doesnt look like the only issue with your frame... Honestly if you're talking about boxing a frame yourself have you considered making a box tube frame?

if you're wanting a boxed frame. now would be the time to do one. if not and you just want to wheel the piss out of it. built a stout flatbelly skid plate and straighten what you got.

it don't have much rust all that is mud and whenever it bent it curled the frame inwards and now is contacting my headers with my shackle and that area is curved inwards bad so i don't know how much a frame shop will charge for something like this i was wondering if those spacers came stock or if those was part of the lift i will probably remove them when i do my 14bff swap but that might have to wait awhile now cause of this

I'd try fixing it then. A frame shop will charge a lot. Just flatten out the crossmember area like Stomis mentioned and use a hydraulic ram to spread the frame back apart.

Looks fixable to me. But first I would park that thing over a sprinker for a few hours.

But seriously, not too bad. Maybe reinforce the frame some more in that area and not box the whole thing 100%
