Looks legit.
Thank you! Looking to be perfect for my needs for sure. Quarantine has been stimulating my creativity and the next steps should be starting soon.If you are looking to build the perfect Suburban, you are well on your way.
Any updates? Cool build.
Good update, excited for what you have planned.I have new kevlar bushings on the way from ORD. Looking to get rid of the crap bushings that are shot in my stock springs at the moment.
I also have developed a whine from the fuel pump that is incessant but very annoying. I knew that I was about at the limit of my current fuel pump and was looking to upgrade fuel pumps for a future cam swap so I had already decided on an Aeromotive 340 drop in. However, Aeromotive released some literature earlier this year discussing the high flow restriction caused by the corvette regulator. It would be fine at my current power level with current pump, but with a cam/pump upgrade I would be really pushing it.

To combat this and prepare for the inevitable cam swap down the road I just placed an order with Summit for Aeromotive adjustable regulator, fuel pump, separate replaceable filter, fittings, etc to redo the system back to the tank. Along with an order to Racetronix for one of their upgraded fuel pump wiring bulkheads to put in my stock tank. Probably unnecessary for my pump but if I am in there I will just to do it to be safe. This is my daily driver after all.

Once all of this is ready I am going to get an appointment to get it on the rollers and get the custom tune done by some local guys. The speedometer still needs to be calibrated fully and I would like it to be perfect after everything is solid.
Good update or no? I will post pics when the new fuel system upgrade is done.
Future plans:
D60/E locker/4.10s
14 bolt/Tru Trac/4.10s/Disc brakes
SYE for the 241
New Tom Woods driveshafts when axles go in
Radio/Speakers
Headliner
Dash pad
Brian Tooley Racing Stage 1 or 2 cam
