Like the title says, im looking for a new set of 37's to put on the ol k5. currently has 37 13.50 15 mickey thompson baja claws, but they dont make them any more so im SOL.

What is another good option? not too many options in the 37s with over a 12.50 width....

super swamper has some (m16 is the name i believe), but ive seen hardly any reviews on them. Toyo has a 37 14.50 but that seems a lil too wide...anyone with a good suggestion?????? not really wanting to change rims either.

thanx

BFG Mud Terrains are probably made in that size. Decent all around tire, not to loud on the street. Way better than the Claws if you ask me, except in the sand, the claws work good in the sand.

Why not just bump up to 38's that measure a true 37?
Then, you can get into wider tires. :dunno:

Makes sense to me.

boggers?? haha...no....maybe if i never drove on the road! I dont think BFG makes a mud terrain in that size, at least none that ive ever seen. Ive never seen the procomps either, i'll have to check that out. and i guess i could go to 38's, i just didnt want to up a size unless i had to. thanx for the suggestions though.

I like the toyos that are on the back of my truck. If you look at it, they are 38/15.5. So you can consider what 14.5 might look like. As soon as my father's nitto 35s are done, he'll be going to toyo. Those nittos are terrible.

so is there really that big a difference in a 37 12.50 and a 37 13.50??? a guy i work with has a set of 35 12.50 toyo mts and they look like the same width when our trucks are parked next to each other....and i have a thicker lugged side wall look with the 13.50 baja claws......wtf....
