Best cure for bench seat and spilt drinks?

?..in my truck I have a cheap plastic one that sits on the tranny hump,I screwed it down to keep it in place, but coffee cups like to tip over and douse your feet if you take a corner too fast ,the "well" the cup sits in isn't deep enough...the heater helps keep hot drinks warm longer though,if they dont spill....

I use one similar to this, but it has a space for cd's or other misc. stuff and coin holders on the sides. It also costs a few bucks less than this one and it has the same exact cup holders, but they are turned 90 degrees. It is big enough to hold a 1 qt. paint can and pretty much any drink.

I really hate the tapered bottom fast food drinks. I had a large carl's jr. cup launch into the passenger floorboard as I went around a freeway transition one time. Most cups work just fine in this holder though.

I bought a cheap ($10) AutoZone cup holder.
Put two self tapping screws through the base, into the trans hump sheetmetal.

It's even adjustable, for all size cups! :D

I usually only drink coffee in my truck,or bottled water, and mostly only when I'm parked!..--I get the coffee from Dunkins most of the time, their cups already have lids with the "sipper" you can close back up...but I may go with a thermos soon, its getting too expensive to buy coffee at drive-thru's............
