I've ever used. Goes on thick, hardly runs, little pipes stay on, can be extended, tho it slows pressure WAY down. Bought at Wally World, under $3. Better than white lithium spray, way better! Stays gooey, just like ya like it!

:eek1: Bought three cases... + it's a businees write off, deduct 33%... :D

You are the first guy that I talk to that understands tax deductions.
Everybody I talk to keeps telling me this is tax deductible so it's like free.
No the tax is zero which is an average of 33%

Yeah, I know, and my new Avalanche six speed Allison gets 16 MPG, but my neighbors 4 speed gets 8. I just heard that one!
I got a lecture from my accountant when I sold a big building with little mortgage and went shopping for a cummins 4x xtra cab, long bed, and she explained, in no uncertain terms, that the Gov gives mileage deduction against business use. You get the GREATER of the two. So my wrecks actually MAKE money. The $40 beast costs $28G's. So I bought a couple more Straight axle Chevs. And a few more, and a few more.....

Here's my younger brother in March 1968

My mom's trading in her '63 Corvair 500 PG.
My Hi-School friend and me in 1978 with our twin '67 Parisienne 2+2's at MacDonalds. Mine had a 283 with 3-2's!
Me in 1975 with a friends 52k '58 Impala 6 cylinder auto. Painted it red, put in 327 TH350, and sold it...
'64 Monza PG sitting at a friends house since early 80's.
My hi-school friend and me putting a 409 in his Canadian '67 Parisienne 2+2 in 1979, it lasted a few years, then kablooy, I sold mine a couple years ago. They were both very rusty, holes in frame, etc.

A few more from my old photo album...

Still have the '66 Skylark GS and the '66 Toro... Bought them in '79-'80. Stored since. Toro need RF fender and body work, has 37k, yup, only used 13 years by one doctor owner, then I bought it, stored soon after. Some rust, shame. GS need trunk floor, but always store indoors. Has lots of option. AC, Power seat, windows, tilt, AM=FM, engine dress up. original paint... Bench seat, 2 speed on the cloumn...

What's right-wrong with the Greenbrier? What brought you to Corvairs??? My mother had one in 1963-'68. Here's a pix of my brother when she traded it in for a '68 Camaro, 6 cylinder...

It's funny, your mom had a corvair huh?

My aunt had a corvair the first year they came out and my mom used to drive it, she told me stories about it since I was 3, she loved that car and hated Ralph Nader, she said he was to blame for killing the corvair, later I found out it was GM and the 67 camaro that killed it really.
Since my childhood I wanted to get one and when I came to CA, I found one, then the greenbriar fell into my lap.

I also had another delivery van, too bad lack of storage and the fact it was beyond body repair, I ended up parting it and dumping the body.

I gotta say, i drove the coupe ofr a few months before I seized the engine and I loved the way it handled, mine is the 65 so it's the later model, better handling.
I hope the guy doesn't end up buying it so I have an excuse to keep it.
:D

65 8 door might be sold? Shame. How much $$$???
And my mother bought a Camaro, GM had it figured out...
Corvair sold like crazy, GM claims they lost money, but reading the recent Corsa Communiuque from the Buffalo convention, (I was there, but fixing rootbeer 63, misssed lectures). GM lost money on complicated 65's>. The article talks about all the bumbling and shortcuts. Not like the Japanese would have done it.
$65 for the AM radio option, what a rip off, too profitable, left room for competion, and look at GM now...
Wouldn't mind one of these. 1 owner car, 230k, 327-340 horse, NO rust...
