What years gov loc can interachange,mine has captured drums ,also curious if I can swap hubs over to slip on drums using my same 85 housing and axles,with out major modify

slip on drum = whole axle change . the bearing spacing changed . i found this out the hard way years ago .

inside guts for the most part all swap over .

the carrier will swap from 1973-about the end of the run .

you can even upgrade the 11" rockwell ho rear end with the 14ff carrier and shafts if you ever had to .

the 14ff is a super playfull parts swaper .
