The subject says it all! Where should I be shopping when I tear into this bad boy and rebuild it and replace it's missing parts?

Businesses! Feel free to give yourself a shameless plug here! I'm not going to be the only one reading this!

Thanks for the help, guys (and gals)! With your help my little $600 K10 auction reject is going to end up as one nice trail rig!

Well I am nearing the end of my D60 buil and x-over setup. Here is a list of what I bought a where...

-Kingpin rebuild kits: ORD
-Detroit Locker: 4wpw
-x-over arm: ORD
-Tie-rod and ends: ORD
-Diff cover: Crane
-Master rebuild kit: e-bay
-Warn 35-spline locking hubs: e-bay
-NEW SRW hubs: e-bay (venture trucks parts out of Utah for both of them)
-Inner 35-spline axles: Local spicer dealer
-Rotors: Napa

I'd list prices too but I would begine crying if I do...

greg @ 4wdfactory.com or alex@ performanceoffroad.com ...ive used both for 60 stuff,great service and prices /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Another vote for 4wdfactory.com . Last time I checked the price list was down on the site. Last time I saw Greg, he said they were adding a shopping cart function to the site, but he will give prices over the phone.

He sold me all the parts to rebuild my D60, also installed my Electrac for next to nothing.

Drive Train Industries on Brighton Blvd., in Denver is a Dana Spicer distributor. They should stock or can get any OEM part you may need.

I just finished my D60 rebuild couple of weeks ago. Except for misc. stuff like brake parts, oil, etc I got it all from ORD. Stephen was really helpful, made sure I replaced the kingpin bushings and springs, so it was like new. When I told him I needed stuff by Friday, it was always on time.ORD has all you need. Be sure to make sure the shims on the pinion gear are right on. My 85 K30 D60 needed to be re-shimmed. Call ORD . /forums/images/graemlins/burb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif 87Burb 350TBI/TH400/NP205/D60/14BFF/powerlock-Detroit/4.56s/39.5 TSLs
