Doesn't that make you feel like an idiot when after all that time of having stuff shipped to you, you could have gone and picked it up. I know I did when I found out that I live in the same city of the fab shop that can't be named without ruffling a few feathers
And it only took a guy from Wyoming to tell you about a place just down the street...
That's only because they have ruffled more than a few feathers of their own, what goes around comes around.

Well you're playing with fire Adam, it's only a matter of time. I had 4 orders from them, and every single one was messed up one way or another, it always required a phone call or 7 to get it straightened out. But when they charged $120 restocking fee for something they never had in stock, that was the end for me. Ethical places do not charge your card the moment you order stuff, they charge it when they ship. I've actually heard that is illegal but can't confirm if its true.

The only thing I ever bought from ballistic was my adjustable coil buckets because theyre the only place that offers them. I must have gotten 7 millions emails telling me theyre thinking about shipping my offer, the shipping guy is now picking his nose, now hes eating it, now hes on lunch because hes still hungry despite eating his booger. In the end it still took them a week to ship out my stuff no matter how many emails they sent to "keep in touch".
