Tried to post my ride to the members rides but the file is 305k and will not load. I have no idea how to reduce the file size. Oh-well.

The truck is a 77 K5 with no doors or cap a lot of fender trimming and 45" tractor tires with 4" lift. Running the factory 10 bolt/ 12 bolt with 4.88 / trashed the factory Gov-lock for a open carrier and added a mini-spool in rear. I use it as a swamp buggy in the Florida Everglades Big Cypress area.

Have not broken anything YET! However it is not used as a mud slinging truck. The 350 is stock (I think 160HP from factory) and I never get on it hard. I just ease my way in and out of the bad stuff with fairly light throttle application.

I am quite certain that if I modified the motor and drove it like I stole it drivetrain carnage would readily occur. I don't have anything to prove by lots of wheelspin and rarely spin anyway. I am just happy to make it in to camp and back out to the road (11 miles from camp to hard road).

My daily driver and tow rig is a (hope I can say this word on here) DODGE diesel.

Post the new pictures of the truck you jack a$$!! And put them in your CK5 gallery so we can see them...

Thanks to TRCKSR4ME I am finally able to post a picture. I am heading down to the Glades today. Interestingly the spot this photo was taken in is now 3' underwater.

The fan runs off a power inverter and helps keep the mosquitos and the 90+ degree heat away. Water got up to the floor boards yesterday on the trip out - the old chevy just kept chuggin.
