Not really any worse than before. The shafts have been questionable from use, I have to replace them anyway.

OUCH! :eek1: Man I hope I never have to see that here. Just out of curiosity, I see you have the D44 style calipers. Looks as if you modified the factory 60 brake bracket? Got any other pics of that setup. I would like to see how you did it.

Thanks,
Clay

Why do you have two tierods?

I thought someone would notice that;)

That lower tie rod got me off the rocks and onto the trailer. I had to swipe the rod from my K30 dually, since someone named el primero has my spare:haha:

i went with dedenbears after this, i'm very pleased with them so far and good price

mine was just fatigue. when it broke i really wasn't doing anything, just came up to the rock in the pic. and the thing broke. i've been running 42's with high steer and hydro assist for quite a while on an old housing. all are contributers to the problem. high steer and hydro especially, the stock knuckle wasn't designed for all that load in that area. after market knuckles are beefed up in that area.

what, no love for Welderboy's knuckles? lol!

Agreed. Exact same thing happened to me.

for steering stops just use grade 8 bolts with a jam nut
