My bet is that insert.
Maybe try testing the run out on the rim, to make sure it's true.
That's my only other idea...

Tried 10 oz of bbs and got a new pvc insert (still a split design)
But the vibration continues.
Im seriously considering getting some pvc and making a solid insert. That or wait n just get one from twf.

Any opinions on trying more bbs?
I dont think itll work cuz it looks as tho the tire isnt positioned on the rim right but i cant think of a way to get it centered

Yea if the sizes are pretty universal between manuf. then i either need 18" sched 80 or if i wanna make it with the same stuff twf uses then I need 16" c905 dr 25 pvc pipe...but thats if this place carries that. I just need something with an ID of 16" and a wall thickness if around .695" (its what i measured the ones from twf)

Yea thats the my lady. Funny thing shes the one that persuaded me to buy the truck in the first place. I wanted to hold out for a swb truck but we knew we wanted a family some day so she say to get this k5 and make it a family camping rig.

I really only need to know the bolt pattern (im assuming its a uniform spacing between the 6 holes) size of bolts that it takes and overall length from the center of input to the outside of edge of the case on the front output side.

If your free tuesday I can swing by after work around 12-1230

My only concern is that the 241 is wider that my 231 and will have clearence issues with my frame on the passenger side. I would love to clock it flat if itll fit.

The bolts aren't even, on the 241.
One is slightly offset, if I remember correctly.

I can take all those measurements for you.
I have links to some 231/241 comparison stuff.
Lemme find em, and I can post em for you.

Well no ones called me back about the pvc and all the places i called appearently dont carry the size i need so I said screw it and bought a twf insert.
And best thing is its shipped 2 hrs after i ordered it

Just need to return the other insert tm and wait for the new one to show up!
