Black Betty, Rock Crawlin Trail Truck Build !!!FOR SALE!!

With those front shock mounts, on the lower mount you could drill a new hole closer to the tube then cut the extra part off. That would lower the mounting point a little

That could work. I might just move those shocks out to the rear and buy some new ones. I'll have it figured out soon cause shes going out for her first ride on sept 5,6,7.

ok so i found more pics but now my question is did you get that made or buy it..i see you just got your tubing bender so a lil more insight please

I had a local guy do the rear cage. At that time I didn't plan on caging the interior and wasn't as confident in my fab skills. After building the interior cage I really wish I'd done the rear myself.

I've got the seat mounts done on the cage and made some shock mounts for the rear. so the cage is done other than tying it too the frame, but I think im going to build some sliders and mount the cage to the sliders. Got the front driveshaft from Carolina Driveline, just got to put it in.

Gonna work tonight on mounting the shifter and harnesses. Ill try to get some pics asap.

Gabe and I will be takin black betty wheelin on a shakedown run tomorrow for the first time so yall keep your fingers crossed for me. Hopefully any weak links found arn't all that weak. Pics to come.
