Blazer Bash 2020 last minute thrash

We just need to make stickers for Blazer Bash like I've made for a couple of offroad parks. It says, "Remember stupid, you have to drive this home". Then you could stick that on the inside of your windshield. :D

I guess "cooler" temps is subjective. I just meant given the choice, I'd rather drive in 90 degree vs 105 degrees.
How about a special participant sticker that says "I drove to blazer bash" or "this is the tow rig" to denote the crazy people in the bunch.

A sticker that says "Please stop me from doing something stupid; I need to drive this home"

I'd second that thought. Nothing against guys that tow the rigs out there. Driving to and from BB with all the wheeling at the bash takes its own level of crazy and reliability to pull it off.

But I am a special kind of stupid that likes the drive just as much as the wheeling.

I am too also I had more trouble with the trailer than I would have driving it there

Done. New panhard bar bolt installed. I could not get the pitman arm bolt to go in on sunday morning in moab. Fought it here for a long while. Finally noticed the sector shaft on the 4x box has 9 recessed splines in it. The pitman arm has 8 ridges. So if it is one ridge off, the bolt will not go in. I kept lining the same side up. So I kept getting the same result. Turned it one notch and boom, the bolt slid right in.

Wheeling in Alabama over Veterans Day weekend.

Hopefully the Jimmy doesn't turn into a rock bouncer now that you are further east.

I'm at a total crossroads, I have a bone stock 06' crew cab short bed that I want to make a family wheeling rig out of but keep it IFS. I also am needing a 4 seat buggy because kids.

The 06' could have a rear locker installed and a set of 35" tires put on it and just go enjoy it for now. In fact I'm really tempted to make that it's summer 20' goal in life.

I also called about the cost of a Jimmy's 4x4 4 seat bloodline chassis set up with engine mounts, trans mount and axle brackets for a 60 and 14B shipped loose. If it wasn't for wanting to touch my wife's naughty bits in the future I would be on the list to have a chassis before the end of of the year. I think it may be time for the ole' 2003 vintage buggy to retire into the scrap heap?????

When's BB again :doah::dunno::poo:

I think he only wants to sell the chassis, not all the good bits.

He doesn't realize that he does not really need it. It would be a waist of money and he would not enjoy it.

If I keep saying it enough, it will be true.
