Thats how i see it, ill be there on the 8th and leaving on the 13th.Ok just so I stop getting confused the first day of the event is the 9th and ends the 12th. So If I show up on the 8th and leave the 13th I'm a day early and a day late leaving?

Yeah the event is starting on Wednesday and then it's going to end on Saturday a lot of us will be there on Tuesday and staying through even Monday the official event will end on Saturday because the trails that we run have to get paid for

You can bring whatever you want. Depending on the trail, your "want" may do well or may need some love afterwards.
They have a easy trail group , a medium trail group and a hard trail group, something for everyone.
When BFE was a thing, they had hard/buggy groups
