Blazer Bash September 4-7 2025

That's just hurtful. Someone can pull me around :flipoff7:

I'm debating taking my Dad's JL, which he offered, but the last time I borrow a vehicle for Moab it left me stranded in Bakersfield '17. :doah:

Or brave the heat in Plank and drive up to join the peanut gallery.

What ever happened to AREA BFE?

Make fun of me for this one, it's ok ... My wife wants to know about the bathroom "situation" while on the trails. Let's just say that where we wheel there are plenty of trees.

I want to say it's usually like 100-105 every time I have gone. I'm from Arizona and even struggle with the heat in Moab, it's the direct sunlight that kills me so shade and plenty of liquids is your friend.

I feel like the 100's are pretty rare. Usually around the mid 90's.

But I don't want to hear any bitchin' about the heat, every time I moved the event back to late September all I got was a bunch of bitchin' about how cold the mornings were. :surepal:

It's easier to put more clothes on then it is to take them off.

yeah mine is a little off 1 or 2 degrees when parked. That one in the pic is way off at 134°, I think Death Valley got that hot in 22, but not in September.

I saw mine read 108* on the way out of Poison Spider, maybe in '23 (?). Then I turned the nose around the corner and it dropped back to 98*. Airflow across the sensor makes a big difference, and the A/C was on as well.
