Having loads of fun at the moment with the local rego authorities, one peanut in particular is of the opinion that Blazers 'would have' come standard with nothing larger than 6 inch rims..........can anyone give me any info/links/pdf's/documents on what was the widest tire /wheel package avaiable on Blazers in 79.

Im looking for something I can actually print out and show, it just has to look like it is based on some fact. These guys are happy to accept anything of the net at face value....Total clowns.

See the tire in the back of the K5... that's a 1979 original spare tire... It's a Firestone bias ply mounted on factory 15x8 rally wheels.

RPO N67 is the code for rally wheels.

The standard steel wheels were 7" wide. The ralley rims were 8" wide...and I'm fairly certain the brochures Harry linked to have that written down somewhere.
