Building a new motor for my sweet Chevy.

Ok looks a litle more fansy that what it is!
I start out with a crack free 6.2 block from -82 totaly reubild with 0.2 od
Pistons, new 6.5 td navistar heads, Bosch marine injectors, mechanic 200 hp
Arp head bolts, 6.5 td head gaskets,
Injectionpump adjusted 1/2 Turn. Fluid damper, twin thermostat, high flow 6.5 water
Pump, serpentin belt, right exhaust manifold Banks sidewinder with pluggd crossover
Connection, left exhaust manifold own customized H1 6.2 manifold.
Twin turbo setup and twin water to air intercooler setup.

My goal is not to try to squise max hp, juste a nice 250 hp engine for My K5.
I hope you like it!

I like it!

The pic with the twins on it sure looks mean! Is that from a boat?
Or is that your actual engine for the Blazer?

No that motor is going straight in to My truck in about a few weeks! The twin
Setup was just something I wanted to do because I havent seen many of does
And its fun with unusual things!
I will post more pick on My on going project.

Awesome! :waytogo:

Of course, we'll need video once this thing is running.

I throughly enjoy this. The 6.2/6.5 platform in my opinion always was kind of a turd, BUT I always had massive respect for their durability when slightly above slightly maintainced. They were a nifty engine for their time, and this will certainly make decent power, and I would love to see it done. Odd ball different builds are always the coolest.

The intake pipe is 3 inch, and the size is a Little what I could gott my hand on!
Thank you all for the nice welcome on this website!

Sincerly Karl.

Hi again! now I understand what you mean with the larger inlet pips!
they are air to water intercoolers.
