Blazer K5 6.2 d got twins

dang it, just when I had talked myself out of putting a na 6.2 in.....now I gotta talk myself out of that.

Sounds real good.

The turbos are Mitsubishi te06h wastgated. I does not realy now yet if that gona be
a good set up or not!?
What do you think! Are they gona be to big!?

No more than 15-20 psi I Think, I have not dropt the compression more than thicker td head gaskets
and arp head bolts so I will be a Little carefull at least for a start :cool1:
But I Think the Twin setup will give me some benafits, with my old motor with a singel turbo setup
I experend that the exhaust back presure and exhaust temp fast became a limited factor!
And with this setup I Think I could move that line a Little bit.

This is awsome. I may have missed it but what turbos are you running. Its hard to tell from the pictures. But i like what you have done

Hi starting to prep my front for the water coolers that I am going to connect to my intercooler setup,
its going to be to separat systems one for each intercooler so I dont have to wory that one get hotter than
the other one! Her some pixs!!!

Very nice! I'd love to see the torque numbers on that setup!

One of the last thing to mount on the new Engine Before it goes in to the truck
seems to be a good idee this Days the last week has the temprature dropt
to 5-4 Fahrenheit her :p::p::p: I Think the polar bear gona invade us soon!!!

I use a single TE06H in my 6.2L, and it's very responsive on a 200hp pump. It's been a great turbo for my application. I think Banks uses these in a twin setup on one of their race Duramaxes.

You have a really nice looking build. Subscribed.

Thank you all for all the nice Words about my Engine built :) this forum is a realy great Place
its realy fun to be Abel to share things that you Think is fun with others:waytogo:
And also a supremely Place to as quastions. Thank you all:saweet::saweet::saweet:

Karl this is such a nice build! That 6.2 is a pretty engine way to go on that! I wonder if those turbos are good.. I was told the banks stuff was to big and laggy?? I guess that's not a bad thing if you didn't drop the compression, like you said raising the back pressure ceiling to keep the egt low will make it happier..

Hi, thank you sreidmx for those Words!
the banks turbos I m gona use are Mitsubishi TE06H and are wastgated with prity
small exhause house, nothing like the banks turbos that came with the
banks SideWinder kit for the 6.2 diesel Engines those hade a realy big
exhaust house an were non wastgated.
So I hope that I m gona have a pretty fast spol up with this ones,
but like u said I m gona have to be careful with the boost "15-25 psi"

Sincerly Karl.

That engine looks great! The setup you have on there is really clean. All the 6.2's I've worked on were a lot dirtier than that.

Excellent I didn't know the banks stuff wasn't waste gated, man this should rock!
