No the transfer case is not the problem, when I started it and toke the transfer stick true all gears I feelt the reverse distinctivt and than added some more transfer fluid and now no presure on reverse clutch at all???

Drop the pan iirc there is a pressure valve that if not properly seated will fall out.

I could be wrong but I have heard of it
