Blazer's 85 Suburban "Twinkie"

Roof is done.

Had a interesting warning come up in my EFI screen, low/ high battery. So I am off to go order two new red tops needed them anyway was just gong to wait a bit. Guess wait a bit is over.

Bet it starts causing some issues before actually throwing the code.

The wide band that I have is just so that I can really read what the system is doing. The system doesn't use it to do anything. The system has another one that it uses, it is not a wide band, my display is lean or rich, red or green lights. That is why I go the wide band so I could do a bit my figuring out.

The lack of tune ability of this system or really the tremendous learning curve that it takes to make it work, vs. the new systems that are out there is very frustrating. If I didn't have so much time, money, wiring and crap into this one it would be gone.

You just described my situation perfectly.

Yeah I like the hood ornament.

I am going to to have redo the front of the hood the drivers side sticks out further then the passenger. As well as sitting a bit lower. After that its time to figure out the grill.

Think I may move the off road lights up to just below the stock ones. Then mod the grill so that it is only in the middle and on the top of the factory lights. Then maybe fill in the bottom with something that will protect the radiator a bit but let the air flow through.
