Blazer's 85 Suburban "Twinkie"

The ignition amplifier is just a box that holds the 7 pin GM ignition module from the 80s. So if it fails you just drill out the rivits and get a new one.

It was a pleasure speaking with you on the phone Keith.

I just saw what FasterEddie posted above, if you have an RPM signal to the ECU, a new coil, and still no spark, a new ignition module might fix it cheaply.

If you decide to move forward with updating the whole ECU to be both self tuning and fully programmable, I have the stuff in stock to make it work with most of your current hardware.

Talk to you later.

BUUURRRRNNNNN!

Hope all is well Keith. I cant believe the change in twinkie since I first saw it 12+ yrs ago!

So Twinkie runs again.

Thank you to Heath, Fastereddie and others who have helped getting it running.
Ended up replacing the ICM, after figuring out where it was, still didn't run.
Got a wiring diagram for the module pulled a bunch of zip ties off traced the wires figured out where the ground was going cleaned the ground off and then tried to start it.
Was popping and sputtering, had spark yeah.
Re timed it it was 180 out, started right up

Whoohoo
