Needs hall effect to trigger injectors? Or control timing ?

Both controls timing and injectors.
Yeah if won't trigger injectors. Timing would have been handled by the Hei,the computer wouldn’t need to. Might not have the same hp, but it would run
Intake is on, hoses are too, just not in this picture. Going to get the wires all done and the FiTech on today and maybe get it running. Had to get three horses out of my back yard this morning so there went sleeping in on a Saturday.
Glad to see you get to work on your stuff. For me working on my stuff is therapeutic.
Can’t wait to hear it run. Is FItech got proprietary parts too?
That’s one of the reasons I stayed with bone stock fuel injection.

Fuel injection distributer no good. So new fuel injection.
intake leaks, water coming out where the gasket should be sealing it, so pulled intake, getting new gasket, adding more Permatex

So fuel injection got put on, ran great a bit of tuning needed but it was doing well

Video sounds never sound right to me, but that doesn't sound like a rod knock
You better investigate that!
