Remember fatigue is a built up thing.

You can replace u-joint's axle yokes etc. but at the end of the day your driveshaft has been getting beat on for how long? It might not have been case that it was loaded anymore than it ever had been but just that this was the last time you could load it that much.

I'm just waiting for my wife to get the credit card bill and ask what the $105 to Moab 4x4 outpost is for. In her world I should have just left and come home if it was broken.

Nicole and I were discussing the merits of living in Moab and what you had to do is one downside. If it ain't in Moab, you're driving quite a ways.

So been thinking a bit about what to do with my grille.

As noted a few posts ago the truck is running a bit warmer then before, and when driving down the road it runs hotter and needs the fans on. To pull air through the grille.

So the two inches that I lowered it after EJS seems to matter.

I took out the lower lights have to figure out what to do with the turn signals.

I think my plan right now is to cut off the lower light buckets in the grille.

Move the turn signals to either side of the Chevy emblem. With them there they wont be impeding any more air then is not flowing already sense the space next to the emblem is solid already.

If I go that direction the fenders get to be trimmed then I have to move the side marker lights also.

What do you guys think.

It is speed cardboard should not be a problem.

Is this even street legal? I think Utah passed that law where you can drive buggy's on the road? If It isn't why not just take the turn signals and stuff out of the grille and open it up even more?
