I say throw caution to the wind, cut the **** out of it.!

Just you fellars wait.

So my two weeks before Moab update is in. Doors are on no pics of installed doors yet. Tow point welded to the back. Springs trimmed in the front, one leaf was too long. Truck lost about 180# with the door switch. Put in a can of restore seems to burn less oil. Took out front drive shaft its now to short will be getting it lengthened or a longer slip yoke put on. A set belt bolt broke so have to fix that.

What did you do about the oil filter to pinion yoke clearance issue?

That's all I care about:flipoff10:

Maybe it was from all the frame flex that allowed them to hit:doah::pimp: Hell bring it over and will weld her up good Keith:thumb:

Well, I moved the front axle forward 4 inches, put on large bump stops and I am putting on a short oil filter :woot:
When you buy one get at least two, maybe bring one or two as spares.

I think we tried to get the short filter in town last year and they didn't have them in stock.

Seems like it would be a stock type item but I guess it's not for Moab.

Moving the axle forward really solved most if it, I was under there the other day and the axle will no longer hit the oil filter, I was actually wondering how the heck the driveshaft hit the dang oil filter.
