thats a good question. I dont remember what the thread is, it may be 3/8 npt but I just have a 90 degree fitting to 1/4" hose barb.

So did some figuring and some looking and got some things done.
Got the vacuum to the MAP sensor.
Got the right vacuum to the power brake booster.
Spent a bunch of time doing some changes to the fuel mix and the timing, need to spend a bunch more time. I am clueless on what it is soposto have vs what it does have so that is my main issue right now.
It does run and starts and no big huge back firing out the pipe and the light changes between lean and rich so I think I am close. Just not sure.

So.... figured out my timing issue, well at least I know how to fix it. Put the number one plug in the wrong spot on the distributor, so much for packing it away for the rest of the winter like I did today.

It twas a bit cold but very exciting. Pulled the distributor out put it in where it should have been and redid the position of the wires.
Runs great now
Still need to do some work on the timing and fuel mapping but other then that doing really well.
Really wish I had a shop now so I can just drive it around.

The rear floor is put back in
Took the drivers side rear bump stop off
as well as both of the old body mounts.
So thinking about stealing an idea from Dueling for the rear bump stops. Minus the air bumps going to use the same ones as I have in the front.

I'm hoping to use a piece of rec stock and cut it at an angle to connect the can to the frame. I'm also fish plating the frame.

So built a bump stop and got the other one cut out.
Mounted the passenger side to the frame, well welded it to the frame.
Not convinced I like it yet but not sure what my other choices are.
Passenger side shock needs to be remounted well the top mount needs to be moved a bit up so it matches the drivers side.
Going to let it grow on me then more then likely make some gussets for it for the bottom to tie it into the bottom of the "C" better. Then maybe the top to tie it to the cage.

So since nobody complained about my rear bump stop idea, I built another.
Need to learn how to drill a straight hole though.
Next plan it to move the shocks may get to that tomorrow, have it off also.

Not sure I am going to put a gusset on the bottom not sure it needs it.
Looks plenty strong to me. Instead of a gusset, I would add a small piece of tube to tie both bump stops together. That would prevent any twisting of the frame.
But i bet you are fine as is.
Right next to the down pipe of the cage is a tube that goes one side to the other side that the rear seat, seat belts, mount to. I think that will control any twisting that may happen.

There just isn't any ideal places to mount bumps on the back of there trucks. What you have looks like it will work fine.
So this is my cockpit view
Oh and I got the fan controller done, and it works pretty neatly. Mounted it on the top of the dash, you can see it in the pics. It is the one with the green light on.
Painted the unused gauges so they are now black did not have any other idea on what to do with them.

So I had the grill out to re-glue it and better attach the blinkers.
Did some trim painting and repainted the emblem
Kind of thinking about painting it all black except for the emblem, kind of not sure yet.
