I was thinking the same thing. It sounds like a pain in the butt to do, but, yeah, round fender openings would go a long way towards making it look more like a burban. You know, "stock".

Those inside corners are stress risers, good place to rip the fender if it does happen to get caught up on something.

We need to find another burb Keith for super cheap and strip the body off and reskin with that.

Got the passenger side rear fender got it as close to the drivers as I could looks about the same. Even filled in the gas cap hole.

Probably not. Think it would be to hard to get to things inside if the door areas were skinned. Going to be enough of a pain getting to the ammo cans next to the third seat. As well as a pain to bolt the seats and seat belts in.
Oh man you gotta. You can't Have fenders without the door skins. Now it looks like a sammich someone ate the middle out of. Either you gotta run front to back or just take the skins off and leave it as a burbggy. It looks weird trying to do both.
Just undo everything and put an original body back. No lift. No tires. No cage.

That is why I filled in the lower part to kind of tie it all together. At least I hope
Going to be the same color as the fenders and cage also. The sliders are going to be black.
