I usually just put in the cheapest. Things not a race motor just stock.
I get it. My aluminum heads on my boat spec NGK.
I do think ac delco is the best for stock chevy though. I did a tune-up along time ago on my sbc and i used a certain brand plug ( I'm embarrased to say) and it failed at idle. My buddy who was the smog guy said what the hell you have those for. Get rid of em. I went home and swapped them out for good old R45T's and it passed. I couldn't believe it.

I used a set I had laying around. Have like four other sets to choose from so maybe I will change them.
So its the day after I got home from BB. Have the day off so......... time to start the mods
Cut out the floor boards where the tire was hitting. Have a bunch of flap work to still do, than going to weld in some thicker sheet metal.
Going to do a foot rest, or false floor or something so the passenger can keep their feet a bit cooler.

Got both cab corners fixed.
Got a expandable metal foot rest pit in. Going to do a pedal foot rest also.
Got the front leaf spring mount re-welded.

Kind of disappointed on the flex on the rear though.
What's the stats on the rear sus?
Stock 63's from a 03 3500. Shackle flip with longer shackles.
What you're seeing might be due to all the weight being shifted to the front. If you were going uphill it might flex better with some weight on it.
Agree with that.
