Block info- someone double check me?

I found a 350 4 bolt block for $50. on craigslist, the guy has had it for a good 15 years, and wants to make space. I got this infor from him.


Engine Block Casting Numbers
14093638 - from 86 to 94 350 block
Engine code stamping numbers:
VO705TPD - flint michigan, July 5th, ? what is TPD?
Casting Date
Date F219,L-o5 - June 21st, 1989

I am stumped on the TPD in the engine code stamping numbers. Anybody got any ideas?
