My 1980 GMC Jimmy has a little body lean on the passengers side, near a inch. Is it normal? Could be a bad leaf spring? Do I have to put new ones?
Can be repaired?

Could be suspension, yes, or could be body mounts.
First check tire pressure ... then measure from the frame to the ground. If it's the same side-to-side, measure from the body to the ground. This would mean you need new body mounts or something.
If the frame measurements differ, then I would take the springs off, make sure no leaves are broken, and switch them side-to-side. This might cure it
