Body mount question.....backing plate

Ok Where would I go to get the plate that the body mount bolts up to? It looks like the bolt for the body mount goes into some kind of a backing plate.

Which mount location is this? The rear uses a goofy bracket, is that what you are describing, or are you talking about a captive nut like used to retain the top to the bed rails?
