Body mount question for my jimmy

And inside floor panel. I've never done body mounts before so this is all new for me

Oh, someone has already welded a replacement floor panel over the bolt head so you can’t see it. So you’ve got a more complicated job ahead of you. Don’t you love previous owners?

I was just about to say that damnit lol. Well I guess I could cut a small hole and weld it back when done?

I suspect you’ll find plenty of rust underneath that replacement panel. Cutting a hole might at least let you know how much damage there is and to get the bolt out
