body repair panels with no welder!

I need to do some rust repair to the rear fenders of my blazer and I am going to go with the repair panels, but I dont have a welder and I want to know if I can attach them in another way that would work, I was thinking of using the panel anhessie with pop riits and then herc liner over the the top. will this work. thanks for any help you can offer

I just saw the new guys on Trucks demonstrating a glue of some sort for just that purpose. You had to cut out the rust them glue in one or two inch strips of metal to the inside with half hanging out, that would be used to hold onto the patch. They may have some more info on the website.

You want a panel adhesive from 3M, Fusor, etc....
