Body work experts, I need an opinion

I agree with shane on this one. The time involved in fixing the dent could be more involved that changing it out. Yes, it can be fixed. i have no doubt about that, But I think the results would be alot better if the quarter was replaced. I am getting ready to replace the drivers quarter on my 89. For the most part, its a bolt on. the only welding is on the front section. the floor/wheelwell/ and tailgate support all bolts on.
 
Now a REAL bodyman would...

Push the dent out by hand...and/or use a porta-power..
Hammer and dolly...
Heat shink..
Mud...
Then paint!!!

It would take me about 4 hours to fix that...
