Bolts to use for a stock class 3 hitch

I have taken off my stock hitch an i find the bolts to be in poor condition. Also I have seen some that have a plate (rectange) for which the bolt sits on.

I would like to get new bolts. What grade and type do you recomend.

The biggest grade 8 bolts you can fit in the holes.

grade 8,,,, for the extra 2 dollars they cost = peace of mind... most trailer hitch suppliers use a minimum of grd 8 hardware

overbuild and overdo the small stuff and you dont have to worry
