The 67-87 Haynes book that I have has a good break down on these t-cases.

I've seen they have them for sale.

See if you can get a copy of a GM service manaul from back when. I borrowed an '81 one from the library and it had 205/208. Good book with lots of pictures and explaination.

I think Summit and JC Whitney used to offer videos for rebuilding t-cases and trannies.

Try helm.com for factory repair manuals . Transfer cases will be in the unit rebuild manuals , axles are also in these around 30$ , just ordered one from them , haven't gotten it yet , but anyday now!!! CC
