All of these are fine ideas, many of which I've employed from time to time, but there is something else to think about. Any retribution that you do too soon will make you a prime suspect, even if you don't actually do it yourself. A college is a small community, and now he would have even more reason to royally f**k your truck up. You see where I'm going with this? Either bide your time to pay this guy back, or as I have started doing now that I have to be a responsible member of society, is wait on "Kharma" to catch up with him. That is, you reap what you sow. You would be amazed at how well this actually works. I loaned a "friend" $400 and got $200 of it payed back. He told me he wasn't going to pay the other $200 back because I owed him (long story), so instead of taking it out of his hide I waited.
