What do you think about this idea is it good or what? Anyone out there do it if so lets see thoes pics. Im sure it would make it stronger dont you think, or does anyone out there ever cut off the back half of the frame and custonized it with tubing, square or round??? Lets hear and see... thanks guys

Just search for posts I've started in the garage. Probably a little more overboard than you were thinking but hey, technically I did it.

what's a pm? lol. funny. anyway i boxed my frame leaving the front and rear ends open and boxing everything in between and getting as close to possible to any x-members. i wasn't really satisfied with the looks of it, wished we would have put the metal plating on the inside of the c-channel. but the rigidity, strength, and weight are very noticeable now. i'm glad i took the time to do it. if you have the time, resources, and ability to do it, i say go for it.
