Brake Light On, Prop valve \"Plunger?\"

Finished up the rear disk swap. Pedal bled the rears twice and no air in lines. After a short trip around the block the brake light came on. Bled again, a little air, and a little leak. Fixed both but light is still on.

QUESTION: 89' Burb, I did a search in the forums and found a reference to a "PLUNGER" on the prop valve that will "disengage" the rear brakes if there is a leak. Where on the prop valve is this plunger? Is it connected to anything (other end not attached to prop valve)?

I am assuming that this MUST be the problem as I took the truck for a test run and from 50 - 55 MPH to a stop it would NOT lock up the rear disk brakes. Pedal seems "normal" but braking power is FAR-LESS that I had with the 13" drums on the 14bolt.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
