Brake Line Sizes, '89 K5 Master

What size line does an '89 K5 master use, both front and rear? Plumbing a vehicle from scratch this week and using my former master. Unfortunately I took the old brake lines to scrap along with the chassis.

Stock likely used 1/4" to the rear. I've never figured out why. I use 3/16" exclusively.
